Social Bowls:

Social Bowls at Lakes Entrance is played all the year round on our two, excellent, artificial greens. With the occasional exception, due to other competitions being played, Social Bowls is played six days a week (seven during the Daylight Saving Period) and visitors are welcome.

Entry fee: $3 per entry.

All games are single entry with teams ‘drawn’ at random by the Match Committee.

To assist the Match Committee, visitors should advise their preferred positions.

How to Enter

Before the Day of Play: Entries may be made by adding your name to the appropriate list in the ‘Bowls’ Foyer’ on the eastern side of the building.

On the day: by calling at the Match Committee Office in person or telephoning 5155 1410 up to one hour prior to the starting time.

Dress Code

Summer Season (September to April Incl.)
Unless otherwise notified (Due to Pennant or other official games being played) neat casual clothing may be worn with the exception of:
Hats, if worn, must be RVBA recognised bowls hats.
Shoes, must be officially recognised bowls shoes.
Winter Season (May to August Incl.)
Neat casual clothes suitable for the weather conditions of the day.
Shoes, must be officially recognised bowls shoes.
